How do I change my user settings?

To change your personalised settings, hover over your username and select user preferences. Once you have made your changes, make sure you click Save, and your preferences will be remembered the next time you log in.

What do I do if I'm having trouble downloading documents from my My Scheme?

You may need third-party software installed on your computer to view particular files. Please speak with your Scheme Manager if you're experiencing any difficulties with accessing files.

What is the difference between a public or private profile?

A public profile is available to view by all users. A private profile is confidential as part of your My Scheme area and only visible to your Scheme members.
